Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception, including greeting clients and handling phone/email enquiries.
- Coordinating appointments and managing team calendars.
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence.
About You
- Proven experience in an administration or office support role.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable, motivated, and demonstrates a strong work ethic.
